I sense a return to solid ground is appropriate – big sky landscapes from the Cromarty Firth. With the UK Oil Industry amongst others suffering under the political manoeuvring of the oil price – I can see this Firth becoming rather busy – several rigs sitting at anchor and it’s not due to the weather. Stay safe from the storm ๐

Superb Scott!
Cheers Adrian – apologies for my tardy response life has got in the way I am afraid.
Great! ๐
many thanks
Very pleasing to the eye. Beautiful.
Thank you for taking the time to comment.
Lovely image Scott, I like the use of the clouds as sort of upside down lead-in lines.
Aye the sky was awesome as it often is over the Cromarty Firth.
What gorgeous lighting and a beautiful shot, though I could have done without the oil rigs.
No No the Oil rigs are great there about 9 in the Firth currently and with the Oil price as it stands they could be there a while.
Beauty seems to find you. Wonderful.
Have no fear I photograph plenty mundane Lyle but these sort of days demand to be photographed.
Stunning image…the light and drama are perfect
Many thanks GM days with this sort of light are just so uplifting.
All change yet again…..nice thoughtful image and oh so calm!
David the weather has been all over the place but I am now tired of winter and need to be able to want to get out the car and walk for miles.
Me too….all travel has been purely local and with the Gore-Tex on
That’s gorgeous, Scott.
