Subtle Mood

I don’t often photograph moments like this — they’re usually better experienced than photographed. But with the tide far out, the beach shimmering with reflections, and the sky holding onto the final glow of sunset over West Beach, the mood was too good to ignore.

The thin line of harbour and the solitary figure offered the perfect anchor, letting the sky and sand share the frame in quiet balance. Enjoy.

    1. That is so true I often think of other walks out – or similar weather conditions often from years previous. Its hard to imagine I have live on the Moray Coast for some 17 years now.
