I suppose this would be perfect for a leading lines competition – that is certainly what I saw when I was composing this image – simply couldn’t get rid of my shadow so I decided to include it. These are images I shot over 4 years ago whilst in Naples on business. Just going through the images and editing – enjoy
I’ve always avoided taking photos when my shadow is in it, but looking at this I won’t anymore, it adds attachment to it, if you know what I mean.
Landscape Photography Magazine…… In case you haven’t spotted this E-magazine can I suggest you take a look. I find it inspirational, great work, some good info and VERY few adverts. Cost is low and I download as a PDF and read at leisure. There is a link: http://landscapephotographymagazine.com/facebook/ and I believe a special offer at the moment. Worth a look.
I like perspective of the metro tracks and the shadow as well as the common tonality of the photo.
Which way home? 🙂
My how you have grown….
I like where you’ve stuck your name. 🙂 Train stations look so good in sepia or black and white and I think it was inspired to include your shadow.
It’s a great chance to show off your height.
ha ha – that is classic Lyle – I am all of 177cm 🙂
