Meandering Precipitation (Dark Series)
This view is taken from Captain Bertram Dickson’s Grave in the “Cnoc na Bain Burial Ground”. By all accounts he was a pioneer and almost certainly one of the forefathers of the formation of the Royal Air Force. It is a fitting and supremely tranquil location for such a pioneer to finish his days, whilst it is not perhaps at it’s photogenic best – the view is none the less dramatic – enjoy

Fabulous atmosphere!
Wonderfully gloomy and atmospheric. 🙂
The image matches the mood I always feel at Achnasheen and more in particular Kinlochewe….the true home of the Midges!!. Another nice on that reflects the weather so well.
this mood i love,Regards
I like this photo very much!
🙂
The darkness adds to the mood – which I do like. Nice shot from someone who has not been there to see it under different lighting conditions.
