Well one post in January is hardly bursting in to 2017 – this however marks the start of February in some style. I came across this location whilst browsing the web – it was rather hidden and difficult to find, as it is still privately owned but when I finally tracked it down WoW – Bathed in winter sunshine which had barely risen above the tree line – to call me spoiled… now that would be a an understatement! Enjoy

After a rather dour January, February has started reasonably well (despite gales). Love the long shadows
We haven’t really done dour – but we haven’t had a winter apart from some isolated frost. Several days like this so cant complain.
Yet I bet you have that deep inner wish from some deep snows, hoar frost, blue skies and sunshine
