Well if you finish off the previous year with a sunset – obviously you have to burst in to 2017 with an image which has uplifting qualities – and for me Radiance fit’s the bill. This was taken when out and about for my daughters higher photography, we had left a local cafe and there it was – which proves you have to keep your eyes peeled for that something special – where you least expect it.

Stunning image and shows the value of clouds in the sky…..MM🍀
Wonderful use of the wide angle lens Scott! Beautiful!
It was a snatch shot Adrian – came out the cafe and it presented itself. Harbour is a bit of a blocker – but you just cant ignore shots like these because you dont like the foreground 🙂
Magnificent, Scott. With landscapes like that I trust your daughter will dazzle the examiners with her photographs.
tbh – her portfolio was pretty good – pinched a few over her shoulder 🙂
Great cloud trails and reflections. Lovely capture Scott. Happy New Year.
Happy New Year Mark – yep I was spoiled truly spoiled.
Amazing image, Scott!! Beautifully captured.
Many thanks real impact sky very lucky to see such an unusual set of circumstances.
Nice skies AND the reflections take it to an extreme.
It was a wild sky – you dont see the harbour as calm as that too often – the sky was areal surprise in mid winter.
Lovely it is…but also looks cold (good job you hadn’t lingered in the café)
It was fresh – yes could of missed it by having another coffee – but days like this are magic.
Lovely!
Many thanks
