A little fun in the sun – a wonderful effect created by shooting in to the sun filtered through the lone tree at Duffus Castle – I haven’t decided if it’s a wee cracker – as there is rather a lot of noise in the image due to extremes of light involved – I shall let you be the judge of that – this one is one sale via my portfolio on Photo4me – enjoy
Cheers Jo I get right buzz when one that you are not to sure of comes off
I rather like it. Now I’ll have to Google to see where it is. 🙂
shoosh – its a secret
I love the colours and the composition, the ruin and RA. Perfect match.
yes I am pleased with the composition – thank you
beautiful
cheers Lyle
Really lovely image Scott!! 🙂
Rachel glad you like it and thanks for all the Twitter support
That’s a really smashing composition and use of light there Scott!
Living in the colonies as I do, I love how you can incorporate a piece of history in just about any photograph almost as an aside. Take Duffus Castle for instance, the main focus is the ‘wee cracker’ (love it 🙂 ) but still the crumbling walls add to the image and the history. Your land is so heavy with history you can feel it when you walk the land. I was in the Outer Hebrides two years ago, a very isolated wild set of islands and beautiful. Enjoying your images heaps.
really appreciated and thank thanks for taking the time to comment, I am spoilt living here I know.
Perfect Title!!!
cheers and thanks for all your Tweets also
This is another of your photos when I can just enjoy…and enjoy, being in absolute awe about the beauty of the moment and the way you have caught it, so very…alive!
How simply stunning! 🙂
Great image Scott…worth the view.
