Slice of lime Darling!

So this year has had many firsts for me – street photography and now still life – I set out to move beyond my comfort zone of landscape (although even here – I tried long exposure – whereas I hadn’t been a fan) – I set out to stretch myself and try different genre’s – I have even tried my hand at event photography. I am hoping they add to my repertoire and that I can expand my knowledge base – I will let you judge 🙂

  1. I would never have guessed this shot was one of yours, but it’s great that you keep tackling new things and stretching yourself. I remember the shot you took of ladies on a bench, I think that was the first time I was really struck by your range as a photographer. Then, when you began showing us wonderful architectural shots I was quite astonished by how good they were. Your landscapes have always been incredible and I love seeing them, but don’t stop surprising us. 🙂

    1. It very kind to say so – but the reason I have started trying stuff out of my comfort zone – was that I felt I was stagnating creatively – technically my images have improved no end – mainly because I am editing 60+ images every day and I have learnt via trial and tribulation – but I am to keep trying stuff – I want to get better.
